1. Delivery Coverage

The Knot Story ships luxury gift hampers across India, with dedicated express courier services and local hand-delivery options.

• Delhi NCR (Local): Same-day and next-day delivery may be available across New Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad for orders confirmed before 2:00 PM IST.

Delivery is strictly subject to product and quantity availability, delivery pincode, and final order confirmation via WhatsApp. No delivery timeline is guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed by our team on WhatsApp.

• Pan-India (Domestic): Delivered via premium express courier partners (BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC) within 3 to 7 working days depending on the destination pincode.

2. Shipping Charges

*Delivery and packing charges are additional and are calculated based on hamper dimensions, volumetric weight, fragile handling requirements, and delivery location. These charges will apply unless our team explicitly confirms via WhatsApp that they are included or waived.

3. Festive & High-Volume Delays

During peak festive seasons (such as Diwali, Karwa Chauth, New Year, and Valentine's Week), courier transit times can experience unforeseen network delays. We strongly recommend placing festival orders at least 5 to 7 days in advance.

4. Accurate Recipient Details

Because gift hampers often surprise recipients, the sender is responsible for providing accurate contact numbers, complete address, landmark, and pincode. In cases where the recipient is unavailable or access is refused, the courier will make up to two delivery attempts before returning the shipment to our hub.

5. Tracking Your Shipment

Once dispatched, tracking links and air waybill (AWB) numbers are shared directly with you via WhatsApp and email.
